I have been in this hotel two times. This year the room was super, we were in the 4th floor with big balcony and ocean view. The location of the hotel is very good. Also it is very quiet there and private. Next year we are coming again :)

Location is great. Close to public transport, 10 min from the beach, shops, clubs, restaurants around. We were able to leave bags in the luggage room after check out.
Non of requests was satisfied. We went to celebrate both of our birthdays and we got room on the 1st floor with view to the bushes. Moreover, there were ants in the living room. Locks are about to collapse. It was really hard to get doors opened.

They offer place to save our luggage and have shower after checking out. The location is very handy for the people take bus. Bus No. 30 and 66 are just pass by the appartment.
the reception office is not in the same building and we have to do laudry outside. But the friedly staff and a washing shop nearby make it acceptable.

The Alegranza website was very accurate and there were no hidden surprises. The Apartments in their entirety did exactly what it said on the tin. Basic, clean, good location- not in the hussle and bussle but easy walking to city centre one road away from the beach. All round value for money. Great place to stay if your on a budget.
Only minor criticism would be that our bathroom had certainly seen better days the bath inparticular had been poorly repaired so from an aesthetic point of view was dirty and grubby. Also just a little warning about the hot water there was only enough time for 2 people to have 4-5 minute shower. This maybe a problem for families though the hot water did recover quickly 15-20 approx.

Alegranza 11 was perfect basic but perfect the beds were a little hard but with a few drinks you didn't mind that. the best thing I found was the pool I think the most people we seen at the pool-side was about 7. Would I stay there again?? Yes I would have no problem booking here again.
There was no kettle in the room we had to boil a pot of water for Tea but there was a coffee maker.
